When you order a new vehicle, we’ll liaise with the manufacturer and/or supplying dealer to confirm an estimated delivery date and keep you informed as the order progresses.
Please be aware that delivery times can occasionally change due to factors outside our control, such as production schedules or logistical delays. While we aim to provide regular updates, our team can also assist—please contact us on 01527 524 418 (option 2) if you have any queries. Whilst we regret delays we cannot be held be responsible when they are out of our control.
If you require a vehicle within a specific timeframe, we recommend discussing this with our sales team at the point of order. They can review available options and advise on the most suitable solutions.
For stock vehicles, this may include cars already reserved at a dealership or vehicles held within UK stock (such as at a holding port). Our team will be pleased to advise on expected turnaround times for in-stock vehicles.
